WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My sincere thanks to sgafan who was instrumental in my picking up TRANSFORMERS: 
'score'
It is NOT the soundtrack, but something far better.............
Highly recommend it to anyone who loves powerful, soul searching music.
Steve Jablonsky rates right up there with Shore and Zimmer IMO.
It is particularly amazing when I listen to it on the CD deck in my car...surround sound at
its best.

Oh good, I'm not the only one. XD I used an entire iTunes gift card on it.

My favorite track is Arrival to Earth. Love those strings.

Have you seen the new film? I wonder if Jablonsky did a score for that?
I cannot imagine that film without his score....
The soundtrack does not work for me

Yeah, I've seen it, and he did the score for it, too. Very nice, though I like the score from the first one better for the most part.

Yeah, I have the soundtracks & score loaded up on a flash drive for listening in the car - I love my new car stereo for that very reason!

I have about a 45 minute drive to work at Job 1 and so, awesome music is great for the drive. I also have the new Star Trek score loaded up and while the guy only hinted at the classic Dennis McCarthy score, it's still very powerful. :) (I just need to remember to bring flash drive in & crank up the music once Boss Man goes out on the job sites, since I'm alone in the office at that point. *laugh*)

My deck is the best thing that ever happened to my car.
When I got it they told me I had a good sound system to carry it.
No matter how much I crank it up, it maintains its sound.......beautifully.

I've loved the Transformers score since the last movie.. Steve wrote something really tremendous this time :)

Of course he's up there with Zimmer, he's worked a lot with him.. I'm thinking that he got his Zimmer-like sound from just that work..
Steve's score from The Island is also pretty cool.

I love Zimmer's music.....I was thinking today as I listened to Transformers, how much it reminds me of other soundtracks I love, e.g.
King Arthur, Gladiator, Black Hawk Down and now I know.
The sweeping beauty is just spectacular.

the gladiator score is spectacular..
Harry Gregson-Williams's score for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe has got to be one of my absolute favourites though, and the score from Perfume: The Story of a Murderer (lots of composers, but played by the Berlin Symphony Orchestra). Music that makes me soar :)

hehehe. you bet! It just "spoke" to my vid muse one day. There were so many different elements that I liked, that I had to make my own remix of music to pull them all in to one vid. hehehe
