What's your favorite dessert?

Black Raven
Anything with dark chocolate and dark roast coffee to wash it down......
The most decadent I have ever sampled was in a place called Cafe Demel in Vienna....They have been in business for 200 years+ and are renown for their chocolate confectionery
It was dark chocolate cake and coffee there.......
The other was in San Francisco, I don't recall the name of the place, where they served a chocolate layer cake sans flour.....
They were both incredible experiences.

Yeah, we have something here called 'pot au chocolat' which is a rich dark chocolate pudding - hard to describe - something like the consistency of nutella but with the taste of dark chocolate.

I haven't either because I frankly am not sure if
it would not explode in the microwave and create a nasty
mess to clean up.......

Your reply reminds me of a former boss who was nuts about them. Every time the board went on the road for business, Dick would make a lavish display of ordering it for dessert. He was the only one who would eat it though.
